For Alumni/Fan Subscriptions:

1. Our yearly quarters: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sept, Oct-Dec

2. All orders placed by the 4th day of the 2nd month in each quarter (with Jan-Mar starting the 1st qtr of the year) will be received by the end of the 3rd week of the 2nd month in the qtr. All orders placed after the 4th day of the 2nd month in each quarter will be received by the 3rd week of the 2nd month in the following qtr. (Ex. If you are in the 1st qtr of the year (Jan-Mar), orders placed by 2/4 or before will be received by the end of the 3rd week in Feb. Orders placed on 2/5 or after will be received by the 3rd week in May - 2nd month of the following qtr).

3. Shipments take place in Feb, May, Aug, and Nov.

4. Most shipments are shipped around the 3rd week of the 2nd month but may vary.

For Student Subscriptions:

1. Shipment schedule (by the end of each month):
   Aug: Welcome Box
   Nov: Finals Box
   Feb: Valentine's Box (by Valentine's)
   Apr: Finals Box

2. Orders placed by the 5th day of the month will ship by the end of the month. Any orders after this day may ship in the following month.

For Individual Boxes:

ALL individual Box orders must be placed by the 5th of every month will ship by the 30th of that month. Any orders after this day ships by 3rd week of the following month.

College Care Club Subscription Terms

​

College Care Club offers subscriptions of various lengths including but not limited to a Quarterly (every 3 months) shipment option (“Subscriptions”) for students, fans, and alumni boxes. As a College Care Club subscriber/ buyer you acknowledge and agree that:

• When you purchase a College Care Club subscription and provide a payment method you authorize The Subscription Box Company Group Inc. (SBCG) dba College Care Club (CCC) to charge said payment method on a quarterly or annual recurring basis for subscription fees at the then advertised/current rate. You acknowledge that SBCG will store your payment information to facilitate quarterly or annual recurring billing of your Subscription. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with your purchase of a College Care Club product.

• Your first months Subscription fee will be billed to the payment method you provide on the 1st of the next quarter. All subsequent payments will be billed upon the 1st of each following quarter.

• All Subscriptions will auto-renew for successive periods (at then current rates) after the initial quarterly or annual term expires for buyer’s convenience. Student Subscriptions will auto-renew for successive periods (at then current rates) after the initial quarterly or annual term expires for buyer’s convenience. 

• Refunds are provided on any subscription plan if a cancellation/refund is requested before the regular billing cycle. A prorated amount is given on any annual subscription if cancelled before the next billing cycle and the prorated amount is calculated based on the number of quarters left on the subscription plan from the time of cancellation. Refunds on custom and individual boxes are not applicable unless there is fault due to College Care Club. Cancellations may be sent to contactus@collegecareclub.com

 

• You are responsible for providing any changes in payment details (credit/debit card number) and contact information (email, phone, shipping address) in a timely manner by logging in and managing your account at https://www.subbly.co/account/auth/login?store_id=5358. Charges for forwarding College Care Club deliveries to an updated address (if not provided to CCC prior to shipment of any quarterly College Care Club delivery) will be billed to your account.

• Refunds are provided on any subscription plan if a cancellation/refund is requested before the regular billing cycle. • We do not accept any returns. We will replace an item (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to the fault of College Care Club.  If a replacement is needed, customers may email contactus@collegecareclub.com.

• All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of subscriptions/product described or depicted on the Collge Care Club  site are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain content/product descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. The inclusion of any products or services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products will be available or included as College Care Club content.

• Edible products included in College Care Club may contain nuts and other allergens. SBCG dba CCC DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE NUTRITION, INGREDIENT, ALLERGEN, AND OTHER PRODUCT INFORMATION ON OUR SITE IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE SINCE THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS OR SUPPLIERS AND ON OCCASION MANUFACTURERS MAY MODIFY THEIR PRODUCTS AND UPDATE THEIR LABELS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON THE INFORMATION PRESENTED ON OUR SITE AND THAT YOU CONSULT THE PRODUCTS LABEL OR CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DIETARY OR ALLERGIC CONCERN OR QUESTION ABOUT A PRODUCT.

• College Care Club may revoke your Subscription at any time for any reason including a violation of these College Care Club Terms or the Privacy Policy.

Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse to process a Subscription order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we may reject your order or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

 

Product Information; No Warranty; Limitation on Quantities

 

Certain Subscription information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors and other errors or inaccuracies, which we may correct without liability. College Care Club reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the available quantity of or discontinue any Subscription; (ii) impose conditions on the honoring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; (iii) bar any user from making or completing any or all Transaction(s); and (iv) refuse to provide any user with any Subscription. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the receipt, possession, use, and sale of any Subscription purchased from College Care Club. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

 

You agree that by placing an order for a Subscription, you are entering into a binding contract with College Care Club and agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges. In addition, you remain responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your transactions.

 

You acknowledge and agree that the content (other than content that may be submitted by subscribers), materials, text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, button icons, music, software and other elements available on the site are the property of College Care Club, Subscription Box Company Group Inc., 3rd party content providers or other non-affiliated or affiliated 3rd parties and are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to sell, license, rent, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, modify or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Site.

 

Contributed Content Guidelines

By submitting or posting any materials or content to College Care Club and Subscription Box Company Group Inc. websites and/or social media accounts your grant College Care Club and Subscription Box Company Group Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and sublicense such materials or any part of such materials. You hereby represent, warrant and covenant that any materials you provide do not include anything (including, but not limited to, text, images, music or video) to which you do not have the full right to grant College Care Club and Subscription Box Company Group Inc. the license specified above. You further represent, warrant and covenant that any materials you provide will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. College Care Club and Subscription Box Company Group Inc. will be entitled to use any content submitted by you without incurring obligations of confidentiality, attribution or compensation to you.

Taxes

Your total price will include the price of the Subscription plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax is based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states where the goods sold over the internet are taxable.

 

Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend, College Care Club, Subscription Box Company Group Inc., its affiliates, 3rd party box content providers and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses of defense, including attorneys" fees, in any way arising or related to your illegal use of this site, a Subscription, your violation of these Terms and/or the College Care Club privacy policy, defamatory or infringing content posted by you, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

 

Limitation of Liability

Risk of Loss

Subscription deliveries will be shipped by a third-party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Waiver; Remedies

The failure of College Care Club OR Subscription Box Company Group Inc. to partially or fully exercise any rights or the waiver of College Care Club or Subscription Box Company Group Inc. of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you shall not prevent a subsequent exercise of such right by College Care Club or Subscription Box Company Group Inc. or be deemed a waiver by College Care Club or Subscription Box Company Group Inc. of any subsequent breach by you of the same or any other term of these Terms. The rights and remedies of College Care Club and Subscription Box Company Group Inc. under these Terms and any other applicable agreement between you and College Care Club or Subscription Box Company Group Inc. shall be cumulative, and the exercise of any such right or remedy shall not limit College Care Club’s or Subscription Box Company Group Inc.’s right to exercise any other right or remedy.

 

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Texas shall govern these Terms without regard to conflict of laws provisions.

 

Disputes

​

Any dispute relating in any way to your purchase of Subscription or to your relationship to College Care Club and Subscription Box Company Group Inc. shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Collin County Texas. You hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to, venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Texas. The arbitrator’s award will be final and binding and may be entered into as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, related to or connected with your purchase of Subscription or these College Care Club terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim of action arose or be forever banned.
